If you don’t have much time for breakfast in the morning or if you need a quick boost of energy during the day this green energy bom will do the job.
Don’t judge a juice by it’s color This not so ordinary smoothie might look a little intimidating but it’s sweet, refreshing and energizing! You’ll love it!
Coconut water is one of the highest sources of electrolytes, which make you feel energized. Bananas are also a great source of natural energy and one cup of spinach contains more than your daily requirements of vitamin K and vitamin A. The sweetness is delivered by the pineapple which is also packed with vitamins and minerals. And if all this didn’t convince you yet, the ginger and peppermint health benefits most likely will. Ginger boosts your immuun system and peppermint aids digestion. ENJOY!
Put all ingredients in a blender & serve!
For the best result use a powerful blender that is capable of crushing ice. I personally use a Vitamix which blends everything to one smooth consistency.
I prefer to use coconut water from a young Thai coconut but if you can’t find a store that sells them use your favorite brand of coconut water.
If you use fresh pineapple just add a few ice cubes to the mix if you like your smoothie nice and cold.
If you used a Thai coconut today save the coconut meat for tomorrow’s breakfast; Honey drizzled raspberry coconut yogurt.
